Engagement in sports has been a lifelong journey for me. Prior to
Powerlifting, I participated in football, athletics and gymnastics
competitively. I also studied Exercise & Health at University, where I
earned my level 2 Fitness Instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer
qualifications.
I have always enjoyed helping people achieve their goals. With my
formal education and personal experiences combined, I believe that I
have a great chance of achieving this through coaching.

Corey helped me get back on the right path training wise
through a rough patch in my life. He helped me grow not only
as a lifter, but as a person.
We were able to string together an amazing chain of training
blocks. I was able to break an 8 month long bench plataeu,
going from a sloppy 95KG TnG bench to a competition standard 2
plate (100KG) bench. Despite injuries, we also added 30KG to
my squat and 10KG to my deadlift, in little under half a year!
My coach couldn't make it to my first powerlifting competition
at the time, so I reached out to Corey for meetday handling. I
was incredibly nervous on the day, but he helped to calm my
nerves and made sure I was where I needed to be.
Corey helped with every aspect of meet day, from warm up
protecols to attempt selections. I went 9/9 on the day,
securing a 400KG total, which was a massive milestone for me
at the time!
